Hmmm, on the one hand I hear Cathy loud and clear that coaching takes practice, on the other I felt I could have done with a bit more on how to respond to what I'm hearing in the coaching session to formulate the questions. But maybe I should be less perfectionist and just learn it by doing it.

It was a good balance of listening and participating. After lunch session was tricky on zoom so I felt a little more perky in the morning session. I also struggled to think of a situation to be menteed in so a heads up on that may be useful in future.
