First of all Terry was a really knowledgeable, lovely guy. I liked how he told story’s to bring the subject to life. I liked the content of the course, what I struggled with was I found it very tell. The course description said it would be interactive however I didn’t find this the case. Maybe for future courses, placing learners into virtual breakout rooms with scenarios or questions to work through. Perhaps the trainer could ask direct questions instead of all of them being airshot to keep the learners engaged? These are just examples where I think it could be improved, however I and my other 3 colleagues that were on the course did pass our CeRER and the course definitely helped that result. Many Thanks

Simply Academy provided me with support throughout my apprenticeship, especially during my preparation for the CF1 exam. I attended a one week revision course hosted by Simply Academy which helped me to reinforce my knowledge and ask any questions that I had. My apprenticeship tutor was very approachable and I felt that I could contact her if I ever had a query about the coursework or any of the content that I was studying.

Terry was a personable trainer with a wealth of experience and a genuinely lovely person. A think a bit more of a set up of ensuring people know or have access to the zoom tools and know how to engage virtually in whatever way works for them on their device. Would have been good to get more engagement with the others in the course and make us work together to learn. Also more engagement in the quizzes (rather than just a few people answering every question?). Loved the specimen papers and the pre course workbook was good too

Having just passed CeMAP 2 & 3, I can honestly say that I couldn't have done it without the help of Peter. His knowledge was very good, and his delivery was excellent. I have to disagree with 'Anonymous A' on Nov 30 about time management, as some students themselves were late arriving, either at the start of the day, or from breaks during the day, so this did impact on the actual teaching time.

The delivery window was too short. It was reduced from 5 days to 4 due to the Queens funeral, however, 5 days would also have been too short a time to deliver the content.

I found that the course was overall very good and helped me gain an understanding about the industry, however I do think that some of the assignments were very repetitive and I found myself writing similar things over and over again. Maggie was brilliant throughout - she was always very supportive and helped me out as much as she could.

I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship. The knowledge that I have gained has been valuable and will be carried with me in my future. I am determined to work in the Insurance industry for a very long time, since this apprenticeship has introduced me. I would recommend this apprenticeship to anyone willing to embark upon a new adventure.

I really found the course useful and its a great help to have the recordings to look back on over whilst doing my coursework. David was very clear, knowledgeable, engaging and broke it down into easy parts to follow. I did feel the course might be better over 3 days instead of 2 as it felt rushed slightly in parts due to the time constraints so maybe this could be looked at for future courses. I also felt the breakout room section not that useful as everybody in the breakout group really didn't know much about the subject we were meant to be talking about so not much useful learning came from them and it just felt like slightly wasted time. I got much more out of David going over the specific area's and breaking it down for us.

Very useful and condensed - our trainer was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. We did rush through the 2nd Unit and I feel a lot of the students failed this unit because of this. To be fair - the trainer was asked numerous questions which meant we went at a slower pace

Paul was a very good teacher and I found him very engaging and understanding of everyone's needs and abilities. The venue was very smart, however, as someone who had to travel to Bristol, once there it was very difficult to get into the center where the course was located before the course stared. Due to traffic difficulties and parking it meant that we were a few minutes late on a couple of occasions. the journey in total should've taken about an hour but instead ended up taking nearer 2 hours. i would highly recommend that maybe the venue could be one nearer the outskirts of the city rather then right in the center as this would've saved a considerable amount of time.
