Enjoyable course, good pace, everyone participated well which added to the experience - really good to explore different views and barriers to discussion/causing stigma. A++ rated instructor, knowledgeable, welcoming and reassuring. Have and will continue to recommend this course. Fantastic, thank you.

Great course, it was informative but not information overload. It created a space for discussion and questions to allow more thorough understanding

I really enjoyed this course. Before I wouldn't have had the confidence to approach someone to ask if they needed help but I definitely feel better prepared for that now. I think everyone should have the training as it brings so much into perspective

Interesting, informative and well conducted! Being such a broad topic keeping the course relevant and ensuring attendees come away equipped with the tools to begin their MHFA journey could be challenging however Rachael and Ellender did an amazing job. I came away with a much deeper understanding of mental health issues, how to recognise the signs in others, and how to respond effectively and with compassion. Rachael and Ellender created a safe space to discuss these sensitive topics while always ensuring we recognised our own needs while working through content. The group discussions were useful and allowed us to use the tools discussed in theoretical scenarios. I feel a sense of confidence in being able to apply my learning to colleagues and others. Thank you both!
