This course was delivered in a very professional yet personable manor. Alan did a great job in engaging us and ensuring everyone had a thorough understanding of every topic we discussed. He was welcoming, reassuring and calming which allowed us all to be open and connect with the course content by asking questions and sharing our thoughts and personal experiences with the class. I would 100% recommend Alan to anyone who is considering taking this course as he really widened my knowledge on mental health and mental illness.
