Fantastic course. Eye opener for people to appreciate and have an insight to mental health (as well as other topics). Has made me want to rid that stigma that surrounds MH at work and outside of work. I’d like people to understand exactly what mental health is and that it’s not always negative. Sharing something good will be equally welcomed as worries and anxiety. I want people to be aware of this.

This was a wonderful course that tackled very difficult topics, Helena was very informative and helped motivate the group to become collaborative. I now understand more about how to help someone having a mental health crisis, especially on what to say and what not to say plus I now have broader knowledge and understanding on some lesser known mental health issues such as psychosis. Thank you Helena for a great training experience.

Kerry has such a lovely presence while interacting, she made me feel super comfortable to be apart of the training and to speak up and ask questions and share my views. The explains everything very calmly and clearly and at ease to discuss usually typically taboo subjects. The content was great and covered a wide section of mental health. It’s great and I look forward to spreading the word about this course. Diolch!

Lovely and very knowledgeable tutors. An insightful course. I wish I could do this course in the first month in my new role as a Wellbeing Mentor and not wait for 2 years for this course. Thank you.
