The session was well-structured, with a great balance between breakout activities and information shared by Jordan. Jordan demonstrated deep expertise in this field and answered all questions and scenarios thoroughly. I especially appreciated the structured role play activity, where we selected options, discussed them as a group, and worked through the scenario together.
