Steve was absolutely brilliant, his passion for mental health and delivering the course was so influential. His book recommendations actually urged me to order The Chimp Paradox - Mind Management- as a 31 year old who has embarrassingly only ever read 1 full book in his lifetime I would say his influence on myself has changed my perception. This course came at a time for me where not only was it for me to help others but has given me a clearer direction for managing my own mental health too - Thank you again Steve, all the very best in the future. Claire was brilliant! Some difficult subjects but Claire presented this in a way that put everyone at ease with some great examples and loads of more resources we can look at.

Helen was absolutely fantastic and her knowledge on the topic was genuinely fascinating. I thoroughly appreciate her gentle nature, her ability to explain materials in a way we all understood, and her lightheartedness really made what could have been a very heavy session, bearable.
Thoroughly enjoyed the two day course. I learned so much and gained a lot of confidence in myself and the way I will handle any crisis situation in the future. I particularly enjoyed how in depth the MH / MI conversations went and felt comfortable to ask questions at any time. Being dyslexic, I often feel nervous going into training but Helen made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Thank you Helen
