As always Darren delivers excellent training which is informative, relevant and carried out in a professional yet friendly manner. Really enjoyed the course and materials/content were spot on.

Darren was excellent at delivering the course and was brilliant at explaining and answering any questions that were asked and helped have better understanding of it all.

The course is well structured and although, the content is sensitive it was delivered well. Following the training, I feel more confident when dealing with crises.
