Karen and joanne where amazing. We where made to feel comfortable and at ease and they made sure we all knew what to do if it got a bit too much and they where there to talk to and help. The course was knowledgeable and very informative and I now feel confident dealing with MH. The course went above my expectations and i really enjoyed both days! Thank you so much

Great to have the course in welsh. Activities broke the session up well. Regular breaks also helpful. Bethan's delivery was very good.

The overall training was very good and served as a valuable reminder of the actions we are expected to take during crisis. However, in real situations adrenaline can sometimes take over and people may unintentionally react in ways that differ from the training. Personally, I believe the ALGEE approach will be very helpful and I intend to apply it if I encounter such situations in the future.
