I found the Mental Health First Aid course to be very informative and valuable. It provided clear guidance on how to recognise the signs of mental health issues and how to respond in a supportive and appropriate way. The course increased my confidence in having conversations around mental health and gave me practical tools to support others effectively. Gwilym was engaging, and the content was well-structured and easy to understand. Overall, I found the training highly beneficial, and I would recommend it to others.
Having worked in the police for 15 years I was disappointed that the police don’t have this level of training.. it was a fantastic course, Alan had us all captivated .. his knowledge and passion for the subject has no bounds.. he will be a big loss to Network Rail when he leaves..

Having attended the course some years ago, it was great to refresh. As with any health legislation and guidance, it changes frequently so keeping up to date allows us to be better prepared. Gwylim is very knowledgeable and was open to discussions and questions from us all.

Bethan was professional at all times and made the course enjoyable. Plenty of practical work, everyone took part. Her knowledge and expertise has given me a better understanding of what and how MH are affecting our service users.
