Brilliant course with simple and effective ways in dealing with mental health issues, understanding them and what to do if a crisis occurs.

Really enjoyed the course overall. Both Kate and Rob delivered very well and allowed for discussion between everyone with how they most felt comfortable with eg. either talk or use the chat box. I am one that prefers to use the chat box as not very confident speaking so this made doing the course a lot easier. Overall very good course.
