Great thank you. I feel I have learnt so much that is beneficial to my role.

Really enjoyed the session. The session was open for discussion and had explanations for reasoning. I have a much better understanding of mental health and the support that can be offered. There were both workbooks, videos and activities that kept the course interesting.

Though the course covered some emotive topics, it didn't feel as heavy as I feared it might. It was a long 2 days, with a lot of learning but, it was well worth attending and I feel better prepared to deal with an incident of MHFA, than I did before I attended this training.

Really enjoyed it Feel genuinely proud and lucky to have been involved in something that feels so important.

Excellent course , Tony is knowledgeable and keeps the course going at a good pace with plenty of interactions

Overall a good course with knowledgable tutor. Would recommend strongly especially for management due to the duty of care and more responsibility on a large team

I thought Claire was wonderful, very friendly, approachable and really engaging. I found it very helpful and feel more confident in applying what I've learnt.
