We were treated well, our groups were changing and a great blend of characters. Discussions were informative and kept orderly so everyone given chance to input. The training was short but packed with useful info. The booklet has more details, so overall it was really good.

It’s a lot but delivered well took a lot from it lovely to have the booklets to take home as a tool relate back to look over .
