The MHFA training was very knowledgable but I think it would be better if the training was in person and not online on teams.

As I was doing the emodules yesterday 4/3/26 the website kept crashing when I completed a unit and the only way to fix it was to leave and log back in.

Excellent mental health first aider training course with lots of useful skills and information shared and my experience was very positive helped by how engaging Alan and Simon were and made everyone feel supported.

Fantastic course, packed with all the relevant information and more. Would highly recommend this course to everyone.

I found the refresher course really useful as it reminded me of the steps to take , ALGEE, and also the instructors had knowledge of other resources which would be helpful.

The whole course was very engaging and relatable. As someone who has dealt with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, psychosis and alcohol addiction, the course was very reassuring to see that MHFA taught and prepared people well.
