Fantastic course, well delivered by the trainer. We covered a lot of ground although sometimes felt like it should have been held over 3 days, to give more time to cover the topics.

A fantastic introduction that makes me feel equipped and confident. Bethan showed brilliant insight and answered questions confidently.

Bethan was a good mentor and helped me feel more equipped to deal with mental health issues both in and outside of the workplace in the future.

Thanks for running this Steve, its really good to go back over the approach and make sure I'm dealing things directly and compassionately. I think that it might be good to have some examples of maybe when there's a situation that's concerning but you might not be the best person to step in what to do in that case?
