Very enjoyable course, learnt alot of different techniques with how to help teach and train. Helping an individual become the best they can be at the task at hand.

Would be good to be more inclusive of neurodivergent individuals e.g different colour PowerPoint, facts and figures including neurodivergence

Very helpful by relating the course to Norgine I.e Job break down sheets, show me tell me check me watch me. Benefited my knowledge and all others in the group. Not only was the course interesting but it was fun and very engaging.

Good knowledge to pick up calming good humour i feel it is beneficial to everyone involved

Excellent method of training, it has opened my eyes you what you can you can do to engage with room.
