I felt the course was well presented in a relaxed but positive manner

Really enjoyed the course, lots of interesting discussions. My first course on management, seeing the different behaviour types has made me aware of how I come across and how to change.

Very good coarse, Andrew the instructor keep us all engaged throughout. Always find the TSW courses very insightful

I feel that this training did not, in fact, provide any sort of leadership training. Instead we were provided with a pseudo-scientific personality test and some information on 'leadership styles' without any critical analysis of those styles and how one was best able to provide leadership. No good or bad examples of leadership were given, and a blanket 'there are just different types of leaders, no way is bad or good'. Given that there are many pitfalls to managing and leading people, and bad ways to go about it, the lack of acknowledgement of this was extremely unhelpful. I could have actually been learning leadership with examples and advice. The entire course could, additionally, have been compressed into half a day, given the limited material.

Lynn was great and knowledgeable, kept us engaged and intrested.

Chris was very knowledgeable and told many good examples of his work linking back to the topic subjects along with promoting others on the course to share experiences they may have had.

The course was on line - experiance all fine. course content all good regular breaks was appreciated and appropriate

Excellent course introduced by Chris, sharing his expertise in the field of environmental management with active engagement, tailored examples and assessments.

This was a great course overall. This is my second time doing attempting this qualification. The first time I was didn't have a tutor and tried to learn the content alone. This time Chris helped explain the key requirement of the course methodically. Chris and used countless real life examples and made up scenarios to test the absorption of the course material. Chris has given great advice for both the exam and the practical elements, and this time I feel way more prepared to pass the exam. My only criticsm is the RRC text book paragraph design is harder to extract the information from, but than Chris's slides.

Chris taught me with the NEBOSH general. I couldn’t think of a better trainer for then and the environmental course present moment as he’s patient in his teaching .
