This was a great course overall. This is my second time doing attempting this qualification. The first time I was didn't have a tutor and tried to learn the content alone. This time Chris helped explain the key requirement of the course methodically. Chris and used countless real life examples and made up scenarios to test the absorption of the course material. Chris has given great advice for both the exam and the practical elements, and this time I feel way more prepared to pass the exam. My only criticsm is the RRC text book paragraph design is harder to extract the information from, but than Chris's slides.

Chris taught me with the NEBOSH general. I couldn’t think of a better trainer for then and the environmental course present moment as he’s patient in his teaching .

Excellent first week, though some slides were showing signs of age with more recent information now being available. The trainer, James, was excellent and managed the group perfectly. The only downside is the way the materials have been shared with us by TSW. All have been sent as links that have not worked for many members of the group. Please can all documents be sent as attachments to emails instead of being distributed by a shared link. Many thanks

Very engaging and insightful

I learned more about myself than I had anticipated. It’s a very interesting and informative way of realising how to approach colleagues differently based on their (and my own) personalities. For me, it put a spotlight on perception and I now have the ability to see a situation in multiple ways.

Lynne was a great trainer.

I found George to be an extremely positive and enthusiastic trainer and very much enjoyed being part of the day!

George was really engaging and I liked the mix of lecture style with pair work.
