Constructive criticism would be the learner workbook didn't always flow with the presentation slides. The presentation would benefit from synchronisation. I personally would have liked extra time given to the live audit section to absorb the quantity of evidential documents, I did however think that it was a good representation of what an auditor would face. Application of time pressure is a realistic factor. Other than IT issues with document transfer and conversion at learner end, the course content had a linear flow.
Craig was engaging and knowledgeable, able to give real world examples.
Lots of useful information- personally i'll need to absorbup all the information (post course) and then reflect and adopt. Course flow linked to the AC's could do with reviewing- felt as though we jumped about a bit at times. Workbooks would be useful electronically in order to easily navigate to subject matter

This course has helped me to reevaluate my own leadership style and how I can help my team of managers. Lynne explained everything in a particular way so I could reflect on my own performance.
I found the course hugely relevant to my job. Lynne was great and very engaging. I found the cross over between the two units 519 + 522 difficult to navigate throughout the week. I think a better flow as such would have worked better for me. A huge thanks to Lynne 😊
It was quite intense as a one-person course. Maybe if only one person is attending, it could be done over multiple smaller sessions.
