At times the course seemed disorganised. there has been confusion over submitting assignments as well as what assignments need to be completed.

Decent course but after having completed the IEMA certificate, parts were repetitive (already covered) with not as much depth. Would recommend doing this or IEMA foundation first before moving on.

Lynne didn't quite hit the mark on day 1, which she is aware of but pulled it out of of the bag on day 2. Hugely impressed by how she was able to acknowledge and act on the feedback she received.

I felt that the structure of the course was poorly weighted. I would have preferred to have spent longer concentrating on the exam and less time on the NG2 side of things. I feel that 2 weeks on NG2 would probably have been sufficient and 7-8 weeks on NG1 would have been better.
