More student engagement required, hard to concentrate when almost the entire two days is one person talking at you. Great knowledge though and a thoroughly interesting subject with a good course design.

Course duration should be atleast 4 days. The practice question paper complexity should be matching with the exam questions, I find it little easier.

My concerns about the experience I had in this course are that the course are quite heavenly focused in theory and the facilitator talking about his experience. Although Luke has a lot of experience, it would be useful to let others share their experiences or motivate them to share. Videos, activities and more practical content would be beneficial, especially to students like me that can get easily distracted. Unfortunately on this occasion I believe that the facilitator failed to create a safe environment for the student to share their experiences and thoughts

Have completed this course several times over many years of employment in different jobs, which is why I rated the course average as I have seen and heard it all many times before.

At times the course seemed disorganised. there has been confusion over submitting assignments as well as what assignments need to be completed.

Very engaging and informative. Had some interesting points and development techniques that will help me develop further as a new team leader.

Decent course but after having completed the IEMA certificate, parts were repetitive (already covered) with not as much depth. Would recommend doing this or IEMA foundation first before moving on.
