The trainer was a lovely guy who delivered quite a dry subject in a fun way. Personal anecdotes were very welcomed too.

The course was challenging and rewarding. The course tutor was exceptional. Professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the material, and by far the standout reason that the course works. The course material is outdated and had to be supplemented by the tutor throughout hence 4 stars not 5.

Course itself was fine, but a lot of effort along side a working week. I found the exam and risk assessment times to be quite stressful. Most on my course worked until midnight on the day on the NG1.
