Good engaging teacher. Doesn't just talk at you

The trainer had a brilliant laid back attitude made us all feel relaxed and included and used great humour throughout the corse

Excellent course. It was useful that the course focused on presentation skills and not just manual handling. There was a good level of interaction drawing on experiences of all members of the group.
