I liked James' approach, he was friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain things in different ways if certain members of the group were struggling.

Course was excellent, only bit which was slightly not as good were the two large tasks (45 & 30min), I feel these can be shortened whilst still getting across the learning objectives

Ian was a great facilitator. He really incorporated a lot of real world scenarios and his life experience in the application of the theory really added a lot to the session. Thank you Ian!
