Technical issues with receiving course materials caused a bit of stress. Very impressed that Craig added new slides to the course to include expected changes to ISO standard after a question about them the day before.

George was fantastic and kept us all really engaged. The content was supplemented with real world examples which will make it easier to apply in my job.

Course duration should be atleast 4 days. The practice question paper complexity should be matching with the exam questions, I find it little easier.
