Very well-run, structured course which highlights factors of a person's behaviours and values that they may sometimes be unaware of themselves, and gives tips and approaches to turning these into a positive when communicating and influencing others in the workplace. Would be useful for more people in the business to take this training so everyone is more socially aware and self aware of their strengths, weaknesses and approaches to work environments

One of the best courses that I have attended in a long time. Ian is an exceptional presenter and brings his own stories into the subject matter to keep interest. Perfect pace and very relaxed approach from Ian. A very thought provoking course from start to finish that will help me develop both professionally and personally.

I feel the course should be delivered over a longer period of time there is too much information to retrain in just 2 days and I would have liked to have learnt more in-depth about the process and standards so that I felt more confident

Very in-depth course would of been better over more than two days as it is a lot of knowledge to retain in a short about of time.
