Good session Learnt lots around process and how to tackle things Trainer very knowledgeable and helpful Good pace and level of interaction

I just wish it wasn’t so interactive. I would have much preferred the conversations to be done on the table. And little to no discussions with other people. The ‘finding people’ in the room just gave me anxiety!!

This course was set at the right pace with time for questions if needed. I am now able to understand how to create documents and files within a team and now reaslise that everyone within that team can view and amend these documents.

This is really useful as an overview of different meeting features, but it would require focused practice to actually feel confident in using them (cue training sessions on using individual features ...).

The introduction to coaching was good - but while I understand the time constraints I found it heightened my anxiety not showing me a potential route for solutions. The course prep work felt distinct from the material on the day - did not naturally lead into coaching. The content is valuable - I regret not being able to attend a face to face course
