The structure of alternating presentations, group work and our own personal feedback was really effective and meant that energy levels stayed high throughout the day. I was surprisingly happy to sacrifice a day of my holiday for this course.

Experimenting with new ways of supervision will be useful, as it's draining having to come up with an answer each time - asking the coachee to reflect and problem solve more will be useful and promote development
