Very useful course, and I feel more confident going into my management role. The facilitator created a welcoming and non judgemental space, and had a calm presence.

I think overall it was a good session. I feel participants were a little more passive than normal. Perhaps just getting back into the swing of things after the holiday period. The facilitator I think recognized this and pushed to the right point.

Practical examples were very helpful and it was useful that the course adapted to use our own data in some examples.
