The training was very good and well delivered

A great worthwhile training course.I will be assessing my approach and follow the questioning pattern and listen more rather than having the answer in my head before I start the meeting.

The content was good but hardware seemed out dated (booklet, flip charts, white board, planner book)

Good day, found Ben to be a bit softly spoken at points. Perhaps we could’ve gone into more depth on some aspects, but completely appreciate this is gauged on how receptive those in the room would’ve been to that

Really good way of doing an online course by getting us to share our screen. Could be tricky at times with different levels of ability but didnt feel that this hindered too much. A lot of content covered so time is needed to consolidate the learning.

Intensive and interesting

The second half of the course was exactly what I had hoped for. Lots of practical and insightful things I can take away - particularly the templates and even better how to use them. The completed examples were super helpful. I had more knowledge than I expected about the concept of project management which meant the morning session wasn't as useful as the afternoon, but a good refresher nonetheless.

While the course itself was very interesting and gave us a very basic insight into what macros are it didn't actually address what i needed. This is not the fault of the company or assessor but a personal thing related to my job role and particular tasks that i carry out
