I think it is a tad too short, although fits in nicely with the workday.
Pacing of the course was just right. Good mix of breakout rooms, audio examples and simple to understand slides. Good sound, straight forward guidance/training.
Trainer did an excellent job - Ed and Alex were great
Really enjoyed it and learned a lot! Just maybe more breaks as it was quite a lot to take in.

Pace a bit quick in the break-out rooms. Not necessarily relatable to retail throughout.
