Gill is a fantastic trainer. She is always explaining everything on detail and help us with any issue we have.

Overall a really good intro into facilitation techniques. Maybe the challenge is that it is with such a huge variety of different backgrounds/experience levels that is is sometimes a tiny bit vague in terms of strategies. But really good discussions and engagements across different types and styles of facilitation

this was my first virtual training session online and I was surprised how interactive it was. Great facilitation with break out rooms and Slido and Jamboard.

Thought it was a really good session for someone who is literally brand new to formulas etc, and I actually managed to learn and apply new formulas which was good.

The session could have been shorter

Was able to ask question as I went along. Due to time constraint course a too fast paced.

Rachael was a great facilitator, made everything interesting and I liked the little anecdotes - they help me remember the content better

Enjoyable; pace a little bit too fast today; maybe time for more critical analysis and information.

Very relevant course with large and varied content. Well paced but even so, it has been challenging to process and implement all of the useful information and skills gained. I would like to continue to refer back to source materials/ platform in order to continue to develop skills as it is work in progress.
