Overall Good and effective

I will take away some practical advice and try to adhere to it whenever possible. I try to cram too much into each day, so I need to be kinder to myself.

Course is very useful and applicable .

Useful leadership tips. Networking aspect particularly helpful

Interesting and quite fun; some of the conversations are difficult to construct in an arbitrary situation.

I am finding the guidance that we are utilising is not dissimilar to skills we already have and utilise, however there are key aspects and tips that can help guide and support for a more favourable outcome and offer a supportive approach towards colleagues and myself to ove forwards.

Many of the self-study resources are overly focussed on commercial environments, which sometimes make me 'switch off' - not everything needs to be presented in monetised terms.

The course was well run and ensured active participation throughout. Wholly engaging and informative.
