This morning there was too much talking on theoretical on the same thing and then not enough time for the exercise work. But the balance in the afternoon was much better

Thank you for the session. It was a great introduction into resiliency training. I just wish it was longer! With the number of people in the group, it took a length of time to get through each topic. Perhaps a slightly smaller group would have helped increase the pace of the session to include more content. Aside from that, I really enjoyed it and have some positive takeaways.
