Great course, nice and relaxed. Lots of good information, apps and resources we can look at or use when on a job, or leave with patients. This is really helpful. The Hub of Hope app was a revelation. It all helps with the general boosting in confidence and reducing the feelings of stress and fear of broaching difficult subjects with people - patients or peers. Many thanks for putting this on.
