Excellent course, very accessible, very sensitively provided, thought provoking, reassuring, and I feel has given me the skills needed to feel confident about trying to help someone with suicidal thoughts.

I have experience working with suicide and suicide ideation already but, regardless, I found the content to be excellent, especially the caring and empathic ways shared for discussing suicide with people. Thank you

Shian delivered the training in a relaxed and patient manner. As an autistic person, i felt she communicated clearly and i appreciated the way she gave us updates and warnings for splitting into groups and who would be in the groups etc. thank you

Having read the document 'Facilitating Conversations', feels like a useful tool to have to support a conversation.
