Great course, good material, great discussion promotion. Would recommend that everyone in probation does it. It uses skills we should be putting into regular practice anyway
Absolutely I’d like the pace and the examples and video that were presented by both the presenters have walked away as a professional learning a bit more and feeling that much more confident thank you.
I found the course to be well balanced and delivered at the right level. It provided practical, uncomplicated tools and techniques that helped build confidence in talking about suicide sensitively and directly. I left feeling better equipped to support people and have important conversations that can often feel difficult to start.
I feel I now have a much clearer and more structured approach and deeper understanding of this matter.
