Amazing course for a lay person with no prior knowledge.. as a paramedic I encounter this situation often and am confident in speaking with people regarding suicidal thoughts. New learning for me was the hidden toll of suicide.

Enough time to complete the training

In my opinion this course should be made mandatory for all staff, not necessarily for work in life in general as if you have to have that conversation and you are able to help 1 person that is worth it
