This sort of input should be presented to everyone within the organisation. Especially new officers and control room staff who will ultimately be the first response to an incident.

The course was delivered with compassion and respect. It was delivered at a good, calm pace allowing people to have space if they needed. The breaks were very welcomed as the subject is difficult.
