SFA Lite - Really beneficial to raise awareness and practical considerations where suicide is identified.

Pretty amazing insight, didn’t know a person who might be suicidal could look happy or at peace, or even trying to make amends. There are a lot of signs that I wasn’t aware of. I now feel a bit more prepared to support those around me, thanks Clare Price

I found the course useful and having completely a mental health first aid course it had given me an even better understanding of what terminology to use and how to help people in crisis / safety plan etc
