Really informative and the video definitely helped to get more perspective on it. Learned new ways of talking to people who feel suicidal and how to approach sensitive subjects

Course not ideal for those who have been working frontline on an ambulance and dealing with these situations for years. Can see how it would be suited to those with no prior experienceResponse : Hi Sam, thanks for your feedback, i acknowledge the feedback regarding efficacy for front line clinical staff and would point you in the direction of the additional Eonclick training on Siren, but for clinical staff there are MH clinicians in Control 1300-0100 7 days a week if you ever need support, advice or have questions please dont hesitate in contacting us. thank for attending today.

Good induction into the topic. I think as a recommendation a little bit more on if someone has occurring conditions around substance misuse - how they can make referrals - or signposting people once and if they feel confident to do so.

Today I felt affirmed in some work I already did around suicide knowledge. However there were many insightful moments, that made me realize that my language around the topic and my attitude towards people needs adjusting. I feel empowered, still a bit sad but RELIEVED to hear suicide is avoidable. "Thoughts do not mean actions."

Very informative and helped me understand an issue I was not familiar with to the extent I am confident now.
