It has given me the confidence to speak more openly to people that are struggling with their own mental health and how I can support them through things instead of them wanting to act on thoughts of suicide.

Brilliant course, feel more equipped to have difficult conversations
The course content, albeit streamlined, was very informative and helpful and covered a wide range of topics related to the subject matter. Provoked a lot of thoughts and questions that made it a truly collaborative experience.
Jade was an absolutely fantastic course leader. The course was superbly presented, engaging, and gave me invaluable tools that I will directly carry forward on tour. Before the training, I already felt confident about being direct when someone’s life might be at risk. I was not afraid to ask someone whether they were having thoughts of suicide, because my priority was to help keep them safe.
