Very good course which I think should definitely be brought into classroom training for new calls handlers and also train current calls handler. We are often the first people a person in crisis will speak to and we need to know the best way to support then
Overall the course was great and a great overview, it would have been good to have more interactive activities eg brainstorming ideas to break it up
Really well delivered, only point I wasn't comfortable with was suicide question because I don't feel comfortable in roll play situations, however confident in asking the question

The course was really excellent, and Ciara hosted it wonderfully. It felt like a safe and comfortable environment and lots of valuable learning was delivered.
I really enjoyed the course, it is so important to have the skills to speak to someone who is experiencing thoughts of suicide.
