A very informative and well-delivered course. The trainer was knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and handled a sensitive subject with professionalism and compassion. The session was clear, engaging and practical, and I came away feeling more confident about how to recognise concerns and have conversations with someone who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts. I would definitely recommend this course to others.
