Really interesting and thought provoking course - made me self reflect throughout on what I thought I knew about the topic. I feel much more equipped and confident for if this was a situation I find myself in.

Very good course which I think should definitely be brought into classroom training for new calls handlers and also train current calls handler. We are often the first people a person in crisis will speak to and we need to know the best way to support then

Overall the course was great and a great overview, it would have been good to have more interactive activities eg brainstorming ideas to break it up
