I was very impressed, I had been quite nervous, especially as I have lost a friend to suicide but it was made to feel a safe space

I enjoyed it. It was an eye opener as I did mot consider the use of language.

It was an enlightening session which provided insight into ways to reduce the stigma associated with suicide and empowering because I feel more confident about addressing the issue.

I really appreciate the fact that I have done the course. I learned how to identify when someone needs help.
