I found this course absolutely brilliant, very fun and lots to learn. Ben brought lots of laughs to this course which made it more fun. I will be able to do this in my job role. Great fun.

The training was very well presented by Ben, he made sure that we understood everything. Everyone engaged in the training a lot , was interesting learning about how to deal with behaviours and understand more.
The course was excellent. The behaviour management section on day one was in depth and interesting with references. Ben brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the training. It was very interactive and the breakaway skills were very effective.
