Ben was brilliant - really engaging with everyone in the group. Lots of examples to keep it interesting. I have learnt a lot and feel confident to use in real life scenerios.

Ben is really friendly and connects with everyone. He reassured us all throughout and offered support. The training makes sense and it is really interesting. It is a very interesting course and I have learned alot. The PBS and understood why people behave the way they do. And how to help calm someone down.
