The course was such a good refresher of level 1 pbs training and then very informative for level 2 training. It was interesting to learn about non restrictive strategies to deal with challenging behaviour. Ben is so approachable and makes things really easy to understand using analogies and down to earth ward level examples. The practical showed us really good techniques of how to protect ourselves and others in a safe way. I hope I don’t need to use them! But if I do I now feel equipped to do so.Response : Hi Emma. Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear that you found the refresher of Level 1 and the Level 2 content informative, particularly around non-restrictive strategies. It’s also good to hear that Ben’s approachable style and use of practical examples supported understanding. We hope the session provides ongoing support for your role.
