It was a lovely session with lots of information and practice. Trainer Ben was very interactive and engaging with all of us. I have some health issues and I informed him initially. He made me comfortable throughout the whole session. Thank you Ben and team for session.

The day was really interactive and interesting with useful and easy learning techniques for non restrictive breakaway. Ben was a great teacher and made the session fun
