Really enjoyed the course Georgie gave me a lot of time as I struggled with some of the breakaway techniques but she allowed me to have lots of practice

It was a lovely session with lots of information and practice. Trainer Ben was very interactive and engaging with all of us. I have some health issues and I informed him initially. He made me comfortable throughout the whole session. Thank you Ben and team for session.
