Some of it I can use but we don't have any physically aggressive customers at the base I regularly work at. There are some other bases I do occasional shifts at where there are mildly physically aggressive customers, but it's not often they are.

Some parts of training were not applicable to our client but trainer was very friendly enthusiastic and welcoming all instructions and info well presented overall enjoyed the courseResponse : Thank you for your feedback, Danielle – we really appreciate it!
