I did not feel that the morning session added much to level 1. I felt it could have been condensed into an 45/60 minute summary rather than the whole morning. However, the afternoon session was useful and informative. Ben was really forthcoming with answering questions and queries, and providing additional information. He was also respectful of people’s different physical needs and emotional/psychological triggers where relevant.

I personally feel David was brilliant, he was very clear and precise in his training. At no moment in time did I feel like I was being silly for asking silly questions. He was also very very knowledgeable with what he was saying and the training provided. I loved how real life aspects were used so that it gave me a better understanding of what I am to expect. Keep up the great work A+!
