The training was delivered confidently and was well linked to our school day to day activities with pertinent examples, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions which were welcomed and answered well

Made the course fun and interesting keeping it humorous with it being a 2 day course I feel like I’ve left with greater understanding of PBS

I really enjoyed the two day course with Kieran he made it interesting from start to finish

Training was excellent, I was quite nervous at the beginning due to previous experiences with patients. Ben was an amazing teacher, took everything and everyone in his stride and was responsive and encouraging even when getting it wrong. Would recommend the course to others.
