Very satisfied with the course overall and found it very thorough! Course leader was very educational and descriptive she made sure all elements of the course was clearly understood.

Really useful content and very relevant to my role. Found it easy to follow and not too overwhelming. I liked the practical bit as I am a visual learner and I feel much safer in my practise now.

Jack was really enthusiastic and made the course feel interesting, informative and not boring. I learnt how to keep myself safe in certain common situations which I am often found in and now feel more confident to deal with them. It is a long day however we used the whole time to learn and it was needed. Thankyou for the help.
