Made me feel safe knowing techniques not only on the wards but in person. Explained it well and made the course enjoyable. Thank you both!

The course was very informative, I like that there was repetition of the movements throughout and at the end to ensure we knew them thoroughly. Ben was very passionate and a good teacher, like that there was a clear sectioning between theory and practical bits.

Ben and Georgie were really enthusiastic and helpful. I’ve gained a lot of confidence in breakaway techniques and throughout the day through their teaching.
