The course was delivered well by Ben. Interactive with everyone, explained everything thoroughly and ensured we understood as we went along. Never completed breakaway training before so learnt a lot of new strategies today.

The course was dynamic, engaging and informative. Developed skills that can be used in both work and personal life. The course trainer Ben was, as per level 1 highly engaging, knowledgeable and made learning fun.

I found the course absolutely brilliant. Ben was fab at delivering the course and I can genuinely say that it has been the best day I've had 'at work' in the 11 years I have worked here. Ben delivered serious & appropriate training in a relevant manner, but also with humour and was very engaging. I appreciate the training I've received and feel happy that I have gained skills I can use in work and also out of work. Thank you!!

Found the training very engaging throughout, was paced well and informative. Ben made people feel comfortable and talked about real life situations to help put the evidence into practice. I did my level 1 quite a while ago so it was good to have the refresher at the start of lots of the content, however I think I might have found this a bit repetitive had I done level 1 very recently. Overall very highly rated training which I would recommend to colleagues

I wasn't sure what to expect from this session. The course was well tailored, engaging, fun and very very informative. Ben demonstrated all the skills with patience and understanding and if corrected and encouraged when needed. I learnt so much and I am already looking forward to the fresher. Not only will these skills aid at work but also on general life. And have given me a lot of confidence on how to protect myself.

The course is very good the trainer is fantastic he k know how to teach people . Even the weather is very hot here make our day nice I learn so many things with happiness.
