Jamie was very informative and interactive. I’m very shy when it comes to group settings but he made me feel very comfortable and encouraged me to come out of my comfort zone. Amy was lovely and kept your attention during the training, she was patient and friendly and made sure she was thorough with the learning to ensure we felt confident throughout the course and after.
