Ben was fantastic all day. It was incredibly useful. The review of theory was a good refresher of the day 1 contents. The hands on practice session was the best part of it all. I have gained a lot of confidence through this session. Thank you very much, Ben.

The course is fantastic and made me to know more about working passionately with patients as well as to guard myself in any situation that occurs during my shift.

Absolute wonderful training, a guide from a patient perspective but also helps with how to manage or de-escalate a situation. Learning to breakaway and protecting one's self. This will surely help in clinical area. Thank you

Excellent speaker, felt very safe. Learnt very important skills including breakaway skills as last resort - try not to get to that position by using communication. Easy to learn as amusing at times and never picked on to speak etc
