Not keen on doing the 2 day course every year, but course is good, materials are thorough and Ripley and Adam did a good job between them

The training was very fun and enjoyable. Would highly recommend this course to my peers at work. This course has helped me a lot with a better understanding of the customers and with physical interventions.
