Alan is great trainer. He understands both the theoretical and practical aspects of the courses. He intelligently delivers the knowledge and ensures that every trainee gets the learning.

This is my second pbs training with Scott has great interaction and helps the group interact with each other. Scott makes the course fun and enjoyable.

Appropriate breaks, time spent to ensure each indidvidual had learnt correct techniques. Interactive, feel will be useful and all felt confident at the end of the course.

Good balance of theory and PowerPoint at the start and practical etc in the afternoon. I thought the legality side of the course was appropriate, a good level to understand and have the knowledge but not overwhelming and intense. Ben was lovely and approachable. Very knowledgeable and supportive in the session.

Found the techniques explained both physical and verbal were very relatable to clinical practice. Although the physical skills were quite alien to me Ben was very patient and explained everything really well - very individualized training and excellent trainer
