Really enjoyable course delivered by a friendly and engaging trainer. It is clear that Ben has a vast amount of knowledge about the subject along with a real enthusiasm and passion to providing safe patient centred care. This added validity to what he taught. His shared experiences also made the subject more relatable. Thanks Ben!

Your comments regarding his knowledge and use of shared experiences are appreciated and reflect how the subject was brought into practice. We hope that attending the course will further support you in your role.
