Very informative, skills easy to learn with lots of support and practice. Liam was engaging and helpful, recurrent check ins to make sure everyone okay physically and psychologically throughout

I found the course very informative and at ease with the trainer Liam. I was initially slightly uncomfortable practicing what had been taught withing the group where Liam gave me a choice but on doing this I felt more comfortable the more I did it.
