Good that Cra8g used real world situations to get the key points across in relation to LD. Wish him well for the future in this area of vocational development.
Response: Thank you, Anthony. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased to hear Craig’s use of real-world examples supported your understanding of the key points.
Liam was a good trainer Not always entirely relevant as we are experiencing high levels of violence. Techniques should reflect this level more
Response: Hi Naomi. Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found Liam to be a good trainer. We appreciate your comments regarding the relevance of techniques in the context of higher levels of violence To further support staff in managing escalating behaviours, we would recommend attending the RRN Level 3 course (Day 3), which provides more in-depth teaching of physical skills and approaches tailored to higher-risk situations. We hope this will build on the foundation provided in today’s session and further support you in your role.
Very repetitive, trainer was good but overall didn’t learn too much apart from ABC form which I found a lot more help
Response: Thank you, Angela, for sharing your feedback. We value your comments and will explore them further with the associate trainers to see how we can enhance future sessions. Your input is important to us. Thanks again.
Too much small talk and jokes. It got beyond point long when was no necesary. Practical bit was fun Trainner was good though but didnt feel he was seeing the staff point of view and was here to scold us about how we treated patients. Otherwise very helpfull
Response: Hi Armando. Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt that the trainer could have made it a better learning experience for you. We have shared this feedback with them and, as we teach on the course, will engage in some reflective practice with them.
Great trainer (Liam), very knowledgeable and well delivered. Day 2 much more relevant for staff working in the community, particularly around the breakaway techniques. All staff should get this training!
Response: Hi Matt, thank you for recommending the training to everyone as it is relevant for everyone in the hospital setting as well as the community. I used a lot of the primary and secondary strategies myself whilst working both in hospital and in the community to really good effect.

Managed to pass the course with 100% due to the level of the knowledge provided by the trainer, she delivered it well and made it more easier to understand and more interesting.
Very informative course, the trainer was great and knowledgable and friendly. I’ve definitely learnt some new skills.
