Useful session. While I haven’t learnt new approaches necessarily it is useful to know I and broadly taking a good approach.

The training was held really well by the facilitator, and I liked the relaxed atmosphere he created. He gave us lots of useful tips and suggestions. I especially appreciated Paul's encouragement. I tend to only use my camera when I'm speaking in meetings, but he made suggestions e.g. changing settings so I cannot see myself and also throughout, he made me feel welcome in the space, so that I later felt comfortable to just leave my camera on for the rest of the training.
