I thought the workshop was informative and engaging. There was plenty of initiatives that I will take into not only my meetings with customers, but also apply the logic into 121's with my team.

Daphne the course tutor was really helpful and patient too when I struggled to keep up! She gave me a little more confidence to use sites to assist with storing, sending and navigating our sites.
