Good way to start learning a difficult topic

overall an informative, and a course I really needed to attend to improve my IT skills

Daljeet was excellent

There were some really helpful hints and tips. Lots to take away and think about

Course Tutor great. Could probably fit in a half day course rather than a whole day

Have learn new skills to take forward and had a chance to discuss working practices.

All learning objectives achieved

Enjoyed the training. Watched more than participated in the activities. Will need to go over/complete the worksheet to help the info to stick.

The session was very much interactive, though we felt like the time wasn't enough. While it seemed a bit of a rush, the quality of the delivery and the substance made up for it.
