I wanted to improve my database skills. This really answered my expectations!

I had a really nice day on the happy minute taking course. The leader was very engaging and the layout of the day was interactive. We were given regular breaks which meant I could concentrate through the whole course. I learnt a lot of tips and tricks about minute taking. Communicating with the other students on the course was also very interesting as we all had different experiences and backgrounds.

The course exceeded my expectations. I like the fact it was interactive every step of the way. The trainer was patient with us all and encouraged teamworking, which helped us all to better understand that if in doubt, ask. Venue and hospitality was excellent.
