Sarah was an amazing tutor. Overall the course is great and a good toolbox to pick and choose from. Sometimes the content is a bit too idealistic/unrealistic and needs adapting to allow for changing workplace environments that: increasingly encourage diversity in opinion and therefore ask people to challenge and disagree and that’s not always bad; have openness about mental health so it would be good to know how to spot and manage somebody who you simply can’t make “happy”; or, are just charities and therefore can’t balance a problem with increased resource or salary etc.

This was a fantastic course, and was easily adapted for both beginners and also those who write reports but needed a refresher. I have taken a lot of useful tips away that I will be putting into practice. The content really gave me some direction as to how I should be structuring my reports and in turn I believe this will build my confidence in the reports I submit.
