Sal is brilliant at explaining the terminology and steps which made the content really easy to understand. As a small group too, we were all able to contribute and ask questions if/when we needed to.

Gill made spreadsheets fun! She was super approachable and made me feel at ease to ask questions.

My overall experience today was very informative and to my surprise much more fun than i expected. The facilitator was explaining everything in a comprehensive manner, was engaging everyone as much as possible to the training, and generally had a great vibe and energy. She seemed like she loved teaching and that made the whole session very easy to enjoy.

I thoroughly enjoyed todays session. The session interactive and fun. I got to work with lots of different people I had not worked with before.

I find these sessions very useful as someone who is new to line management. I think setting up a framework for others to follow is quite a big task, but I'm happy with some of the skills and techniques that I'm learning so far to help with this.

I found the session very informative and was given at a good pace. It was a comfortable environment to ask questions when needed. The handouts were helpful along with the exercises. Having the answers to be able to compare where you go wrong is also handy.

Finance is always going to be a bit of a dry subject as it doesn't require particularly creative approach however Mahmood was engaging, able to answer questions and did well bringing a mixed group to a reasonable level of understanding.
