I felt overall it is a good course and gave me some good tools on managing crucial conversations. At times I did feel it was a heavy training programme and some of the things were repeated.

was better to have a smaller group so we could ask question and use real life examples, was a better personal touch

Enjoyable course at a good pace to suit all. Everything very well explained so was able to understand how all the functions worked. Will be using what I have learnt today going forward in everyday office.
