Ebe took some time out after the session had ended to work through a couple of things with after I'd asked a couple of left-field questions in the quest to develop more efficient ways of writing spreadsheet references inside functions. Thanks, Ebe! :)

Daphne was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure no one was left behind and involved everyone in the session. I felt the course content and pace was not as advanced as I had hoped but nevertheless I enjoyed the session. Thank you Daphne and Happy!

The course was great and just what I need to start my leadership journey. I have learnt so much that I can take forward.

The course was very informative, and allowed me to reflect on how I manage and interact in my role. It has made me aware of my flaws and strengths, and as highlighted what I need to continue working on as a manager. It has given me a set of tools that I did not have before which I can use daily and which are also transferable from work life into personal.

I have used Excel for years in a very basic manner and completed the level 2 training last week, I felt a little overwhelmed with the pace and information of the level 3, but I put this more down to my own personal needs and recognise that I need to practice using various formulas and functions. The trainer was excellent and very helpful and friendly.
