Good time to reflect on weakness and strengths.

Daphne was absolutely brilliant training us today.

Great facilitation - it was clear that the facilitators really understood the topic well.

I enjoyed it the course and will take away wild tea, 3w and 124 all especially going forward and feel will make the team more involved in future decision making. I felt some learners were naturally more interactive than others and felt needed to gap fill at times pending on group was in. just the excell SS that was confusing and seemed very jargon like.

I found it difficult initially to keep up! I sometimes entered a breakout room having no idea what I was supposed to be talking about because I hadn't yet digested the information.

One session was a bit quick and unclear, which was a shame as it was "the rest of the structures" but as a reflector am happy to take it away to think about

I enjoyed this training, but felt the pace at times was too fast for me to benefit from the structure being implemented. Other elements the timing helped with productivity

What, so what, now what The first part was 5 minutes of silence and could have done with a facilitator helping - gensral confusuin.

Clearly some people struggled with the pace, but personally it kept me much more interested than usual training

Feedback Good variety of structure, great to have a go and try them, Lovely team and fun supportive atmosphere throughout the day Lots of instructions and felt rushed in parts, jumping from one thing to another neuro diverse challenged doesn’t help rushing to do Slido etc. sensory overload, to take on instruction then participate, more time for Troika as not everyone got ago. Not enough time in breakout room to have ago well. Good breaks throughout the day nice to be able to get up and move Spreadsheet what a useful tool and sharing of links in chat Met some great people and valuable conversations Thank you
