A difficult subject matter [for many - particularly myself] that was well taught. The trainer was really patient, and was on hand to help, but I found the pace a little too fast at times, and that the next part of the course content was moved onto before I was ready. However, overall I felt that the course was really well taught, and it was made clear how I could apply the learning at work.

Second time visiting Happy and was just as impressed as the first.

In the process of booking, while the admin team were very enthusiastic and happy to help, the persistence was perhaps a little intense and I received messages during times where I had indicated that I wished for happy to await response. Unfortunately I feel that during the time between attending the level 2 and 3 courses, my knowledge had naturally developed and I was aware of more of the course content than I had initially expected to, which has an impact on my sense of how useful this has been for me, but nonetheless well delivered. Trainer was very good, knowledgeable, personable and also effective.

I thought it was a really well structured course, I think just having a bit more time to write things down would have helped
