Overall the course was great and I really enjoyed the two days. Dez was great. If anyone was looking to improve their presentation skills I would wholeheartedly recommend the course.
Course would be very useful to someone who wasn't particularly familiar with Microsoft applications or computer work in general. To myself I found everything fairly straightforward and easy to pick up, however it is still useful to have a course facilitator to ask questions to.
Good training session, learnt a lot and refreshed my memory on what i already knew. Very visual session.
great course, happy to recommend. will come away feeling more confident in the program and have learnt many diffident facets instructor was engaging and really helpful, took time to help everyone when they were stuck easily digestible

Rudy was great, all the information was useful and made interesting and fun. The range of skills in the room was very mixed so the pace was slower than I'd like. Could there maybe be a test in advance to determine the appropriate course level?
Bit of confusion at start of course but Ed dealt with it well and the course as run was perfect for my needs. Taught me a lot about how to use Office 365 well and gave me additional functionality that I wasnt aware of before. Some frustrating issues with technology - computers not working, overcrowded files etc.
