Everything was great but I felt the course was quite simple and just secured my assumptions about minute taking as opposed to teaching me anything new. But the facilitator and team were amazing.

I found this usefull but think there could have been more situational examples Sometimes it felt a little repetitive

The trainer was great at making challenging topics easy to understand and the pace was right, although a bit more time to do some thinking would be appreciated.

Course a little fast in places (towards end), but overall a good pace. Didn't use booklet much but hope to refer to in future. Personal objectives met - I understand the spreadsheets I'm using better now.

Nice learning environment, friendly and helpful staff.

Lunch ran out

They ran out of lunch which was a bit annoying. But the ice cream was great!!!
