The manual/booklet wasn't referred to during the training which was a bit of a shame. The trainer had her own manual and it would have good if the two were tied together. The trainer was also a bit argumentative and overly assertive when I had asked a question and hadn't understood her methodology of answering!

Thanks for the course. It was a really good starter session.

Felt I learned a lot. If I didn't previously have some knowledge of photoshop I would have found it testing and a lot of ground to cover in one day. The trainer was good overall. However, although we covered the ground intended, it felt a little meandering at times.

Given I came with no knowledge of PowerBi I am surprised about what I will be able to acheive after a single days training.

I would suggest invoice reminders from your admin team - I had not paid the invoice in advance, and the final email is a bit scary! (that you can't attend unless you had paid), I then spoke to the admin team and they said this was ok. But maybe gentle reminders would be beneficial!

Pat was great and I learnt a lot of practical skills. I would have liked a booklet that followed the exercises we learnt as well as the inDesign book we were given, just so I can use it as a quick reference. Saying that, I know the book will be well used! I also work at quite a fast pace, so feel like I could have gone through more content.
