I found today more helpful personally than yesterday as there were more frameworks and tools that I felt I could apply to my work which was more what I was looking for. A lot of time yesterday was spent on what makes a good manager which is obviously important but I felt that I knew that and what I wanted more of was how to actually do/be that, which is what today covered

Nicky did a wonderful job of keeping the topic positive and not allowing a negative atmosphere.
Happy with session one. It started at quite a basic level, but then progressed on to more advanced topics, which I preferred.
This was an overview for me so not really a participant
